Send notification to employees when closing Payslip

  • Step 1: Navigate to the Data Integration screen and enable the "Send Email when closing Payslip" function.

  • Step 2: Go to "Email Templates" and locate the "payslip Closing Notification (Sent to Staff)" template. Edit the email content as needed.
  • Step 3: Create the payslip and then close it.

*Note:

If no specific PDF payslip template is selected during payslip creation, the system will automatically attach the default PDF template to the notification email.

If a specific PDF payslip template is selected during payslip creation, the system will attach the selected custom PDF template to the notification email.
